The Age of Waves is the only Age separated into individual years, this is due to the advent of written history and its replacement of oral history for the first time. The Eldorian calendar dates the first Imperial crowning at year 0. All dates before the crowning are denoted by the number of years before crowning, or B.C.. All dates after the crowning are denoted by the number of years after the crowning, or A.C. For the sake of simplicity, all dates have been standardized to the Eldorian calendar.
