Easter at the Keukenhof
Sunday, April 22, 2001; posted by Lisa
Easter Sunday we were back in The Hague. After a nice but crowded service at a chapel at St. Aloysius College, we headed off to the Keukenhof. Although the weather was less than ideal--cool and rainy--the flowers were in bloom and the gardens were gorgeous.

Fields where the flowers are grown. At this time of year, Holland's fields are full of giant blocks of color. Train rides are particularly good for viewing the spectacle.
